Magill Painting Contractors approved by its board of Directors & Management accepts its responsibilities towards its employees and any other person who may be affected by work undertaken by our Company.

Magill will ensure work under its control is carried out in such a way to minimise the risk to the Health & Safety of its employees and any other persons in accordance with the requirements of the Health & Safety at Work Act 1974.

Simon Magill is the nominated Director responsible for implementation of our policies, his duties & that of senior management, supervisors and employees are detailed in the Health & Safety Manual.

All employees undergo a full induction process and agree to comply with all  our Health & Safety policies & procedures along with on site tool box talks.

Magill are responsible for providing safe Plant & Equipment, tools & PPE that conform to relevant standards.

COSHH & Risk assessments are carried out to ensure safe practices when handling hazardous substances.

Site Inspection safety audits are provided in line with regulations.
